We had an amazing stay at a centrally located apartment in the heart of the Jewish quarter. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Best value for money!
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

The hotel's decoration was simply delightful, with a charming mix of modern and traditional elements. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy ambiance, perfect for senior people like myself to relax and unwind. the hotel's location in the heart of Kazimierz made it extremely accessible for us to explore the vibrant neighborhood, with shops, restaurants, and cultural sites all within a short walking distance.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance with luggage. A bit of help carrying heavy bags up and down the stairs would have been greatly appreciated.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel. The vintage furniture and elegant decorations gave it a warm and homely atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility was also exceptional for us seniors. The elevator was reliable and spacious, making it easy for me to navigate between floors without any discomfort. The hallways and common areas were well-lit and clean, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to carrying our luggage. As seniors, we sometimes struggle with heavy bags, and it would have been helpful if the children working there offered to help us with them.

It was conveniently located in a great neighborhood with plenty of dining options and just a short walk from the Cloth Hall in central Krakow. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The spacious bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped.
I do recommend this hotel.
